NFL Insider Ian Rapoport reported the deal is worth $6 million with $5 million of that guaranteed.

The defensive tackle will be entering his thirteenth season in the NFL, all with the Bills, after the team selected him in the fifth round (134 overall) in the 2006 draft out of LSU.

Williams’ 167 games played in a Bills’ uniform is the most for any defensive tackle in the organization’s history.   The ranks eleventh all-time in games played for the team.  The five-time Pro Bowler had 41 tackles and three sacks last season.  He also scored his first career touchdown when he was handed the ball for a one-yard run in the team’s final regular season game in Miami.
