Reports: Colts request to interview Bills defensive coordinator Leslie Frazier for head coaching job

The Indianapolis Colts have reportedly asked for permission to speak with Bills’ defensive coordinator Leslie Frazier about their vacant head coaching position.

The news was first reported by NFL.com and later confirmed by the Associated Press.

One name that may come up with the #Colts, as they try to return to normalcy: #Bills DC Leslie Frazier. Won a ring with the #Colts, close with Jim Irsay, would restore order... and has experience doing it.

The 58-year old Frazier was worked for the Colts in 2005 as a defensive assistant and 2006 as their assistant head coach and defensive backs coach.

He was hired by Bills’ head coach Sean McDermott last offseason.
